Chakra Energy Healing
Chakra energy healing focuses on the energy circuits within
and around your body and their connection to your chakras.
I am able to find and clear blockages and stuck energies connected to your chakras, enabling
your energy to re-align and come into a new and more harmonious balance.
Clients often find a new inner calmness and harmony, a more stable and positive outlook,
plus previous body sensations such as soreness and stiffness often improve.

Shamanic Journeying
This is a type of Shamanic meditation enabled by the Shaman’s drumming. You may enter an altered state of consciousness which allows you to take a deep dive into areas of your subconscious and other spiritual realms. In doing so you can often discover answers and understandings that can add huge value to your perceptions and views on life. This is considered a foundational Shamanic tool and forms the basis of Shamanic practice.

Tarot Card Readings
I use both oracle and traditional tarot decks. My readings are intuitive and mostly channelled.
There is often a prophetic element. These readings can be included as part of the shamanic healing sessions.
